SWEET STICK RICE WITH MANGO

PREPARATION |
 |
|
1. Soak sticky rice in the water for 1 night, steam it.
2. Squeezed coconut milk with jasmin scented water, mix it with sugar and salt, put the sticky rice and blend well.
3. When done covered for 2 hours. Crush well the palm sugar cake, add coconut cream, stir well, add sugar. Filter through a cloth.
4. Cut mangoes into bite-sized pieces.
5. Serve sticky rice, topping with mango in coconut milk.
