Sea Fish

Sea Fish : Pla Thaley
Sea fishes contain iodine, vitamins, amino acids, digestible fat and it is less in cholesterol. They are more favorable than fresh water fishes. Fried Thai mackerel with chilli paste (nam phrik pla too) is a well-known menu for Thai people.

Mollusk

Mollusk : Hoy
Mollusk is a great ingredient for Thai salad and soup. There are many kind of mollusks such as mussels (hoy ma-lang phoo), cockles (hoy krang), a small cockle (hoy lai) and oysters (hoy nang-rom).

Shrimp

Shrimp: Kung
