the yard of their house. Chicken meat contains high vitamin

matching of spicy papaya salad.

for both Thais and visitors. Field crabs are also great

most countries, are good for adding in many menus. Eggs
of chickens and ducks are Thai favorites. Eggs contain
high protien and nutritive contents.
Fresh water
fish is a major ingredient for Thai people near riverside,
especially in the Central plain and the Northeastern area.
They are great for curries, fries or grills.
